I work with any kind of request – from unwanted symptoms in the body – to unwanted emotions and states or even events. At the beginning of the session you and I will talk to get a feel for each other, identify the request and work.
The value of therapy, and this is my value as well, is that it is not the therapist telling you what is happening to you and what you need to do (I myself hate it when someone tells me what to do)) The session and the work with the symptom or emotion is set up so that you yourself will see where they are growing from and see for yourself what needs to be done and what are the right words to say. You yourself will return the energy that was left in some situation, you yourself will see how to do the right thing. I will be the guide, I will be there for you.
I like to work deeply and systematically, so I usually arrange for regular work (weekly or 2 times a month), and this will definitely have stable results. I will also offer to keep a diary, I will offer some energy practices as homework.
And I care about your intention and broad outlook on life. Exactly the broad outlook. Are you willing to continue living the same way for the rest of your life? My favorite clients are the ones who come and say: My goddamn life, I want to change everything! And then that intention gives the work regularity, consistency, and strength.
